Payments, delivery, returns

Payment: we accept all major credit cards and PayPal. All payments are secured and protected. As far as all payments are provided by PayPal you can be sure you're protected.

Shipping: each item is hand-crafted and requires 1-3 business days manufacturing time. We use registered international shipping services with the following estimated timeframes:

North America: 1-3 weeks
Europe: 1-3 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-4 weeks
Asia Pacific: 2-5 weeks
Latin America and the Caribbean: 2-5 weeks

Each package comes with working tracking number, thus you can stay up to date.

Returns: we always want to make sure that you've received the items you've ordered, however returns and cancellation are gladly accepted.

Please contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase

Damages: each item is secured and protected with the separate cardboard box, however, shipping handling companies might damage the item. In this case, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the items(s). We will gladly replace it free of charge or provide a refund at your request.
